I have seen suspension insulators hanging off vertical due to wind, but this is something else!

    I have seen the insulators on our local 400 Kv line pulled out of vertical  on a few occasions but never anything that bad. You have to feel for those guys working up there in such atrocious conditions. Also it proves the grids value in that they presumably were able to re rout power round the faulty section
