A similar thing to this incident happened near to me in the windy weather a few months ago. An11kV line insulator failed and H.V. tracked down a pole to the L.V. cables below blowing up many appliances and chargers in a nearby holiday chalet park.

    Did you know that you don't have to use someone's name as the title of your topic in order to get their attention? 


    You can just @ tag them and they'll get a notification to alert them ?


    Type the ‍ @ symbol and then their name (eg @Kelly Marie Angel‍ or @Lisa Miles‍ ) and select from the results.

    That is assuming they have the notifications turned on and check for them regularly.

    It is not a particularly easy system to use.

    If you want to be notified when someone tags you in a conversation, visit your notification settings in your online community account and select the box that says 'Email me when someone mentions me'. 


    Then if you are mentioned/tagged you're sent an email to let you know.
