Electrical Work.

A customer of mine was to come to me today to pay for some work that I had done, but he was stuck about 3 miles down the road. He could not get his van out of a private icy side road. It is more like a track really. I offered to tow him out. My vehicle is perfectly suited for that kind of job, but why do you think  there was a problem after I got to him?

    I have plenty of experience of living with the northern and southern folk who inhabit the east, so I think that I can answer your question.


    Problem is that you forgot to charge your EV. ?

    The answer is this: The customer could not find his removable towing eye that affixes to the front of his vehicle. I had to attach tow ropes to the vehicle's suspension arms to tow it off sheet ice. His van had smooth summer tyres that were useless on ice.


    Now, go and locate your vehicle's towing eye (if it has one) and know how to affix it to its towing point. Don't lose it.


    And Chris, have a good day. By the way, others are now being sent to Netherworld where few dare to venture, or are inclined to. And yes, I do wonder why my relevant electrical or engineering based posts do get shifted to Netherworld. It is such bad manners of the mods. Perhaps they just don't know what they don't know about our subjects.
