Which would you chose to stay on, Illuminated Billboards or Air Con? 8 percent Voltage reduction in some areas during the heat wave.

    Defo switch off the billboards! Saying that, what effect will an 8% voltage drop if anything? I remember some issues back in the 70/80s with brownouts when voltages were reduced and caused lots of problems with motors, reducing life/burnouts etc.
