Yes, anything that keeps these training schemes running is always positive and progressive for the long term growth for the individuals and the country. Now just need to remove the politics out of the way…. lol
Can cut two ways though. I know of someone who's been obliged by recent global events into a career change in his 30s, but finds employers will now only take on under-24s as taking on older apprentices isn't economic.
