Drunken Users.

In the building that I am working in, the owner said that we need to make provision for drunken users. It is a mezzanine floor in a boat house with its own cinema screen and projector. Party people may use it.

 

What provisions would you make?

    Always been wary of saloon bars myself. Preferred the side where you could go in with boots on. In these modern times the distinction is blurring, and the ladies bar has also also gone, as at one time only women less than respectable would be in the public bar, and ladies had comfier chairs and paid a modest premium elsewhere.
