    This link, to the report that you have posted, is very interesting.  I have just posted it on the Women's Network Facebook page as it may be of interest to others.



    I agree that it is also the parents who are at fault.  Children need to be engaged from an early age in order to break the moulds that are being set for them.



    I also think that media plays an important part in depicting gender sterotypes, making it very confusing when it comes to selecting study / career options.
