My name is Maxine. I'm a Service Engineer working for Rolls Royce in Bristol. I completed my apprenticeship with the company in December last year and have been in my role since January of this year.
It would be nice to meet other ladies working in the area and possibly meet for coffee and chats.
During my apprenticeship I helped out with a few community events to encourage young people into engineering and recently went to the Women in Science and Engineering event in Manchester organised by SEMTA, TUC and Unite. If anyone knows of any other events (they don't have to be specific to aerospace engineering) that I could get involved in please let me know.
