Hi Lisa, yes this is entirely possible, a lot will depend on the engineering knowledge and experience you have built up since you started and what your training has been.

Alternatively, contact the IET (membership services) directly and ask for a mentor or PRA reference to find someone locally. Although I'm a Yorkshire lass I don't live there anymore :)
