Hello,
I am looking at setting up a dicussion group for our women members, focusing on various topics of your choosing.
The group would be held once a month, in London and would
focus on topics that you may want advice on or a challenge that you would like to be discussed within that group, in order to gain some perspective.
The sessions would be free of charge and refreshments would be provided.
The event will be facilitaed by Greet Brosens.
Greet has worked in leaderships positions in the recruitment industry for the last 18 years, both in the UK and mainland Europe. She has been able to follow many professionals and executives as they change jobs and develop careers. She is passionate about people and their development, and has been fortunate to work with some amazing professionals from the start of their career to executive positions. Greet has a degree in Economics from Leuven University and a Masters in Law and Economics from Oxford University. Greet is also an accredited senior coaching practitioner.
I would like to invite experienced female engineers to participate in a monthly peer coaching session, where they can discuss issues and challenges in a safe environment, getting ideas and support from women in a similar situation. As a qualified coach, Greet has often facilitated peer coaching session's and found that participants benefit from learning and sharing with their peers in similar roles and organisations.
