****THE SPACE HAS NOW BEEN FILLED****

The Women in Engineering evening is set up to highlight the achievements of women in engineering and by doing so, inspire the new and less experienced women engineers. It is no secret that there is a lack of women represented in the engineering industry.

The evening commences with a welcome from the IET Young Professionals network, followed by a twenty minute presentation and ten minute Q&A from each speaker (there will be two speakers). The event will then end with a networking session over refreshments and nibbles.

As part of your presentation you are encouraged to channel your passion and interest in the topic as well as prepare to be asked questions on subjects mentioned. The audience will consist of women early in their career so the ages will vary from university graduates upwards.

-  28th of July 2015

- Royal Academy of Engineering (Prince Philip House)

- attendees ~40
