Just read an article on the Norwich Evening News website which is saying that the Norwich University of Arts is "celebrating the confirmation of £3m funding for a Digital Centre for Innovation in the city centre".

Apparently this is part of a vision to make Norwich nationally known as a Digital City.
Does anyone live or work in Norwich? Do you think this investment is enough to make Norwich a national leader in this area?
