I was trying to formulate a response and have found it very difficult, I suspect because being both British and female, I am just not comfortable with 'banging-my-own-drum' or running the risk of being perceived as arrogant!
I am proud to be a chartered engineer as it recognizes my professional competence. But other than that I cannot find any answer to the question " I am Proud to be an Engineer Because..."
I wonder what answers you would get from the IET population as a whole?
