Hello,
A member of the IET Board of Trustees would like to present the IET Women’s Network members a challenge to come up with ideas for proposals on how we could encourage more women into engineering.
We are looking for ideas around activities, events or awards/competitions that could be held (like our very successful Young Woman Engineer of the Year Award), or something that would be based around ‘thought leadership’ for this important topic, where we could provide the catalyst for activity or facilitate a new approach to this problem.
It would be great to hear back from you with some ideas on this discussion thread.
