E&T Magazine issue 1 February 2014

When you receive your E&T Magazine (issue 1 February 2014) can you let us know whether enclosed with it is our Anglian Coastal local network Spring-Summer 2014 Events Programme? It should be there, but mine has arrived and only includes a couple of pieces of commercial advertising junk mail. angry
  • The events programme was not included in mine.
  • Maybe they've all gone to India?

We are looking into this and will respond as soon as possible.
  • Thanks Steve, we are feeling very deflated  crying by this disappointment.

  • No programme in mine either.  J

We have looked into the issue over the insert in E&T and it appears that only around half of the booklets were inserted due to an administrative error. We take complete responsibility and I can only apologise for this inconvenience.

We are currently looking at whether we can identify those people who did not receive the booklet in E&T and then send them the booklet separately. I will post an update as soon as I have further information.

Apologies again to those who did not receive the programme booklet.
  • I did not receive the spring events programme with the E & T Magazine but, not having received one for years I did not expect to!

  • Chris, why not, have you somehow opted out? We understood that they were being sent out to everyone who hadn't declined such communications.
  • Hello Alex.

I have no recollection of opting out, they just stopped a while ago. It's no big deal as it is easy enough to find local events on line, and I have a neighbour who points item of interest out to me.

  • Chris, my concern is that you may not be the only one, and that there may be problem in the system. However, as it will be a download in future anyway, I guess it is academic.
