Wow Amber, that is exactly what socity will never belive.... you have a big task ahead to chage entrenched viwes, it holds back Engineers who espire to higher things (beyond publishing).  But you are more than 100%  correct.  It should not matter, afterall I think Dyslexia helps Engineers see things that those with perfect spelling and grammer will never see.  And, using plain English, they will not understand this is correct English.
