There is a shortage of engineers in the UK industry however only a limited number of students show an interest on science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) subjects. The speakers will explore reasons why some students are not choosing a career in Engineering, various ways about how the profession is perceived and diversity of career paths that they could follow within industry because there are many ways of using creativity and soft skills in the engineering world.
