We are working with the Independent newspaper on a feature on women in STEM. I’m looking to get comment from employers around the following questions:
What are you doing to help attract more girls into engineering?
Why do you think it’s still a problem (shortage of women in engineering)?
What have you found works and doesn’t work?
What messages would you want girls to be getting about engineering?
As many anecdotes and examples in the answers would be fab. Deadline is Monday morning, 16th June.
