Who am I: Introduce Yourself

The IET Islamabad Network is gaining new members day by day.  It would be liked and encouraged that every new member may introduce him or her self at this forum.  For example, one can discuss their short profile like Education, Emloyment Experience, Objectives etc.  It would help to know about each other as IET Personal Profile does not provide enough information.

    My name is Amber and I am a Commissioning Editor with the IET, working on Engineering and Technology (E&T) Reference. Part of my job involves finding suitably qualified people working in industry who are able to write about the work they are doing and the lessons they have learned. I often meet potential authors at events, however I am based in the UK, so rarely meet non-UK based IET members. I would love to connect with people in this network who are interested in sharing their knowledge and experience through writing or who can suggest a topic for an article that we may not yet have considered.
