Introductions

Hi everybody,

My name is Fiona Dew, I work at the IET and I have been helping Dan Faircloth out with this group either side of being out for a year on maternity leave.

My main job at the IET is to manage a team of Community Managers and also to lead on the development of the IET's online community offering.

It's nice to e-meet you.

  • Hello,

I'm Roger Bryant, I have worked with various electron accelerators since 1982. I am English but currently live in Switzerland so will be an infrequent attendee at events.

Most of my work has been with industrial electron accelerators for plastics processing (Dynamitron, ICT, Electrocurtain NHV). I also spent some time with Viritech (RDL) in Swindon servicing medical and radiographic Linacs.

I am currently responsible for the operation of 7 Electron Beam Processing facilities in Switzerland ranging from 550keV to 3.0 MeV with up to 100kW beam power.

    Best regards

    Roger
