New Year, New Skills?

What are you planning on learning in the year ahead? Do you have any significant plans, or are you more of an emergent learner (learning on the job as things come along)?

    For myself, I'm learning how to use Skype for Business to run webinars to expand our Mentoring offering, and I'm hoping to learn a few more useful excel formulae and continue learning about all the amazing things our members do (which is very much an ongoing learning excercise for me).
