    My name is Edwin Morton.  I am a long serving volunteer with the IET.  My current professional role is as serving as an "Electronic Systems and Installation Engineer" with Correctional Service Canada.  This is the agency that builds, maintains and operates all the Federal Prisons in Canada.  In my role I am responsible for the design, definition, procurement, installation, configuration, testing and turn over of Electronic Security Systems in Correctional Facilities.  There are significant opportunities for the deployment of IOT devices in our "Built Environment".  This is one of the primary reasons I joined this TPN.
