A big 2017 welcome to all members of this group

Ok I know this is a bit late. But welcome to all new members. If there are any questions regarding Professional Engineer and licencing then feel free to ask. I am personally licensed for Ontario, so other provinces I have less knowledge on the exact differences but they have similarity. I have added some links in the group to help IET members navigate a path to licensure. Please note, I do not speak on behalf of Professional Engineers of Ontario, there are official channels to communicate with if you are seeking guidance and would recommend this, but the group was created as a forum to help internally to the IET. Any suggestions, questions are always welcome.
I am a CEng, living in Vancouver, and I am currently pursuing the P.Eng. registration with APEGBC. I have fulfilled most of the registration requirement except the Canadian experienece reporting. The biggest obstacle I have on the experience reporting is that most of my work experience is overseas experience, and there are no P.Eng. in my current work enviroment to be the referee/supporter of my P.Eng. application. From your experience, what is the best way to find a P.Eng. referee who can support my P.Eng. application? Many thanks.
