    A very informative white paper, to which I agree; very expressive of the direction my Business 'Applied engineering Prognostic Science' (AePS) is heading for the capture of detail, witness and information to drive 'new' ideas of focused understanding in support of prognostics for systems/product operational change detection, functionability states and ultimately safety.
