Brightside is a charity that believes society benefits when every young person, regardless of background, can access the support and opportunities they need to succeed. Through our online mentoring platform, Brightside connects young people with inspirational role models who can help them to make confident and informed decisions about their next steps after school.
They are looking for engineers to become online mentors to support young people interested a career in engineering. The programme will last 4-6 weeks and mentors communicate with their mentees online through our safe and secure platform. This is accessible from anywhere at any time, so is very flexible. This is a great opportunity for members of the institute to both work with young people anddevelop their own skills.
