Hello everybody, this is an introductory note to make contact with Engineers and Technicians in the Kent area.
I have just made my initial application to the IET.
For the past 30+ years I have been an Automation and Robotics Engineer working in the Automotive Industry mainly based here in Kent.
My experience extends across all forms of automation and manufacturing systems like PLCs and Robotics as well as plastics processing and many ancillary processes
I would be pleased to hear from anybody in the area with like interests and also local Technical events.
I work for the mod and would be really interested in bringing a group of military engineees to do a site visit and see your works if possible. We have also partnered up with a high school to conduct STEM who I'm also sure would love to bring a small group to visit.
