Transgender no longer recognised as 'disorder' by WHO !

Transgender health issues will no longer be classified as mental and behavioural disorders under big changes to the World Health Organisation's global manual of diagnoses.

Its nice to know as a professional engineer that I am no longer classed under a disorder by health officials, when I am simply being myself !

    It is indeed fantastic new for those of us in the trans community, but in the wider context the intersex community have slammed the changes as intersex is now a 'disorder'. It sometimes feels like one step forwards and another one backwards.
