Mary Tavy Hydro-electric power station visit

A very enjoyable visit with presentation on the reservoirs and river extraction network principles of hydro-electric generation. Followed by a thorough and interesting power station tour. Photo taken inside the power station with station manager Karl on the right.

    First rate afternoon out, made all the better by Karl's presentation style.  My first IET visit / even, but it will not be my last.

    Hiya. Now lockdown is easing is there any possibility of another visit to this? I for one would be really interested to visit.
