Great to see the rainbow flags flying over Savoy Place and on the large screens in the foyer. It was good to see IET events and activity around LGBTSTEM day on 5 Jul too.
Well I've only been to one LGBT STEMinar and the subjects are quite varied. People mostly present on their current project/research or sphere of work. There's the odd panel event too. The posters are again about field of work or current project/research. Its rather biased towards science, so a few more engineering sessions would be good.
