Another scientific and engineering society of which I am a member, IESF British Section http://www.iesf.co.uk/ is running a webinar on 19 April about Low Level Waste. The speaker is Martin Walkingshaw, Chief Executive Designate of Low Level Waste Repository Ltd. Martin will describe how LLWR ensures safe and effective management of lower activity waste across the UK, including storage of waste from varied sources at the repository near Drigg on the Irish Sea coast.
