a look at the UCS satellite database

Hello all,

I thought I'd share with you a very good resource I use in my satcoms talks, the Union of Concerned Scientists' Satellite Database, to illustrate the variety of satellites in operation above us.

Note: The link takes you to a Jupyter notebook, composed of cells that need to be executed.

There is a play button on the left of each code cell, click on it.

Execute the cells sequentially as they will deliver the results mentioned in the text.

The code is provided as is. Feel free to reuse, and please note and credit the source when you do!
