Phase shifter to cancel the leakage current

Any one got an idea what component can be used to cancel the leakage current instead of phase shift trafo to shift the phase 180 degree?

Any electronic components available in the market?

  • More info needed - firstly what leakage are you trying to cancel and why, and then how big is the effect to be cancelled, and accurate does the cancellation need to be....

Without that, the answer is 'maybe'.

  • Thanks for your reply.

Trying to cancel AC leakage current (250-400mA) . This leakage current creates a tiny spark /arc which in turns creates EMC noise..

  • leaking from where to where, and what mechanism ?

    - for starters Is this perhaps

damp on insulators on overhead lines?

or between cores in long runs of mineral insulated cables,

or current in a CPC  to do with capacitors L-E connected in mains filters on electronic kit ?

or corona on HV system depositing charge in strange places?

    something else ?

And what process is drawing sparks ?- do you have moving joints/brushes,  rollers, wheels, sliders, capacitive coupling to overhead lines ?  what ?

you also need to describe what you are trying to solve - what is the nature of the EMC problem.
