Yes when the ground workers hit a HV cable with the big excavator, I didn’t see the underground cable strike, what I saw the top blow off the top of the H poles on the other side road where the underground cable joins the overheads when it flashed back up the cable.
I walked around and asked the ground workers if they had hit the underground cable, when they said yes I said I have some bad news for you.
