Substation Applicable Standards.

Hi Engineers,

For those in the design of substations, 6.6kV upto 400kV, what are the applicable international standards (IEC, EN, BS) that guides the designs of these stations, I am made to understand that IEC 61850 is more of the automation of the stations. However am looking at something that talks of the clearances, fault levels, type of breakers to use under different voltage levels, I have been majorly on the low voltage 415V and below, however I have found myself in a department where we are designing a 66kV AIS substation and I just wanted to get my facts right and not rely on the "I have seen it being done like this in all our prior designs".

Thanks in advance.
