How Can Technology Be Leveraged to Improve the Lives of Ukrainian Refugees?

The UN estimates that more than 6.4 million Ukrainian refugees have been forced to flee their homes and seek safety as a result of the Russian invasion. This is one of the largest and fastest refugee movements in Europe since the end of World War II putting enormous pressure on host countries' border control and public services. Poland is currently receiving the largest number of refugees - 3.4 million and counting - with the population in Warsaw increasing by 17% in just a month. Technology is not the answer, but it can help. Take, for example, the 3D printing of refugee camps, multi-lingual chatbots, tele-health services, and satellite-based internet services.
