Non grid reliant heating, a wood stove is best, an open fire almost as good, and portable paraffin or LPG heaters worth considering. Plenty of fuel.
Long underwear, blankets.
Consider a UPS unit or even a generator.
Your customers should be reminded of the importance of maintaining standby generators, UPS units and emergency lighting in good working order.
