  • The odd failure is to be expected if considering the huge number of wind turbines in use. Blow ups and fatal accidents occur with fossil fuel production and use also. 

  • Sad to see the bird strike.

    In California the golden eagle's are regularly struck by the blades leading to some concern.

    Out at sea less of a problem.

    But still a daft idea wind turbines.
