Distance between association equipment in a Substation

What are the clearance / access / distance between association equipments in a Power Substation or Power Plant according the regulation standards.

E.g:
1. Distance between Fence - Motor Road - CVT

2. Distance between CVT - CT - ISO

3. Distance between ISO - Tower - BPI

4. Distance between Tower - ISO - CB - Motor Road - CT
