Neutral Ground Resistor Calculations For Power Transformers

Is anyone familiar with transformer neutral grounding systems and can point me to the right standards that guides their design and installations, on the same note if you have any formulas on this I would highly appreciate

It is not really my area of expertise, but you may find the Cahiers Techniques series (index and some missing volumes not on that site are also available here) provides some helpful background information.

HV and LV earthing are discussed specifically
