- The needed inspection, tests and maintenance

for both three phase and single phase installation

    Are you talking about smart metering within an installation, or about an energy supplier replacing an existing meter with a smart meter.

    If it's the latter, then:

    • Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations (ESQCR) - it's outside the scope of the Wiring Regulations.
    • None, none and none.
