Hi

I have a query about the Pitot tube K factor. I have two pitot tube test calibration certificates and both have provided velocity equations but one has used the K factor inside the sq rt function along with the velocity head and another has used the K function outside the sq rt function.

so, i would assume , if a use a pitot to measure the velocity head, I have to use the corresponding velocity equations given by the corresponding test certificate provider.

Am I right?
