Article in the E+T website suggests that China has stopped funding the development of the new nuclear plant at Hinkley C, because of "political tensions".

I know that the French EDF and China Nuclear have extensive collaboration in the field of nuclear energy.

Does anyone know whether there are Chinese engineers working on the designs of Hinkley C - or is it purely a capital investment by China Nuclear?
