The Parisiens seem to have defined cars over 1.6 tonnes as SUVs and are charging them more to park:

My 'SUV' is ok then, it only weighs 1.3 tonnes (and has a 1.0 l engine).

    No it's just IC which is why it's quite light for a modern vehicle with all the safety equipment. If I need to go to the city centre I use public transport.
