Please elaborate your query bit details. What kind of technical issue you are facing or what details / solution you are expecting in old SWGR revamp scope?
I think this needs to be clarified. If you mean changing protection relays for example, i had such a chance in the past with an old Toshiba switchgear that had electromechanical relays, as part of a project we had to change them with new IED relays, however this required major engineering and change in the control circuit schematics.
