I'm wondering is there going to be any resources for the Electrical Consulting Engineers in relation to Martyn's Law and how it will impact their designs?

It is probably too soon to say, it wont be law until early 2027 at the earliest - there is some very new guidance for organisers of large events and owners of sites that may host them
more specifically
given the basic intent

At the moment I think there is not a lot for electrical designers to go on.
Personally I suspect that things there may be more attention to will nclude emergency lighting and maybe back up power to maintain means of communications and perhaps cameras and powered gates if there was some sort of attack attempting to disrupt those. There may be other things like detecting of fake tickets or other ID and bag scanners that get more attention in future, at least at larger events/venues.
I think to start with it looks like a lot of it will be ensuring staff awareness and rehearsal of what to do, how to contain and to avoid panic, much as we already have fire drills, banks practice for robberies and so on.
(speaking purely ersonally again, its a thing that might for example affect larger scout camps, but they already have emergency planning and evacuation plans anyway . )
Mike.
Thanks
