    That's just the agents covering themselves so they have a piece of paper with someone else's name on it whom they can blame.


    There is no requirement in England other than a duty of care - which the agents aren't qualified to judge nor do they want to take responsibility for it..



    Was a check carried out to ensure all the sockets were reconnected satisfactorily?
