it appears that the forum converts uploaded pictures to potatoe grade, I presume this is to restrict wiring diagrams to only ones what are done in crayon?
I think the new forum creates a small (i.e. lower resolution for large pictures) "thumbnail" image to include directly in posts (that way the layout doesn't get thrown all around the shop like it did in the old forum) - but if you click on that image you get to see the original - even if it's been scaled to fit you can easily zoom in and still see all the original detail.
It wasn't intentional, but it doesn't matter to me (fortunately). I've posted on other forums using my full name, I just prefer the short version here.
I'm here. much to everyone's chagrin. [I hope that was tongue in cheek]. I don't find it that different other than the rich text boxes. I second the call for electrical symbols, seeing as the facility's there. The box even uses the a capital Omega as its icon, but i can't find it there.
Quick update for you. Had our teleconference call with the community software suppliers and they too understood the hilarious irony of having the omega symbol as the icon for a symbols pack which doesn't actually contain the omega symbol or any other greek alphabet letters either... ?
They'll look to add those in shortly if its an easy configuration change or if not, then look to using a different symbol pack set altogether, much as they recently did with our general emoji offering for those who remember the pack of only 10 available emojis that we had previously... ?
