Flat cable to BS 6243B

Came across some flat cable today to BS 6243B (looks like shiny BS 6243Y). Any idea what it is please? Couldn't find it in GN 1 (2018).

Low smoke, zero Halogen or permutation of these words.

Generally white and an absolute pain to strip both the sheath and cores.................

Excellent, thanks. Someone wanted me to use a few metres they've acquired to wire in their inline extractor fan, but if it's as awkward to use as you say, I'll give it a miss.
