Completing a Minor Works Certificate

Just a quick one guys, I’ve been installaing replacement 3 phase RCD/16A commando socket units this week and completing a MWC for each, on the circuit protective decide I’ve detailed the MCN covering the circuit however there is an RCD part.

ive omitted this due to the RCD not being the circuit protective device but for the outgoing plug.

What would your thoughts be ?
  • Detail description of works as "replacement of....." , you are not adding wiring to the circuit. But the RCD needs verification . So I would not omit that. Make it clear that the RCD is part of the accessory (socket) for completeness
