Ide say the installation is PME you can clearly see the house green/yellow going into the neutral block. But what I dont understand is why is there an earth wire on the pole? Is it actually a second neutral? I ask because the house earth is PMEd inside so cant see why you need a pole earth
I looked at it and thought PME then realised the block is not in the neutral and started looking for a earth rod, went back outside to speak to the lines men and realised it is TNS that has a separate earth conductor on the overhead supply.
It is the first time I have seen a three wire over head cable TNS earthed supply run into a domestic property like this.
